Site Supervisor

Bali Dreamcraft is a French-founded villa development company based in Kedungu, Tabanan. We build custom, investment-grade villas for international buyers, with a focus on quality and full cost transparency. We currently have 5 active construction sites and 10+ projects planned for 2026. We are now building our core operational team.

This role requires you to read technical documents, follow written instructions precisely, and communicate with international suppliers. If you cannot follow this one instruction, you cannot do this job.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and fully independent Site Supervisor to oversee quality and progress on our sites in the Kedungu / Tabanan area. You are our direct representative on the ground. You report to the founder. You work independently from our contractors. This is not a contractor-side role. Your job is to protect the owner’s interest: make sure what gets built matches what was designed, on schedule, with complete documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Site visits: every active site a minimum of 3 times per week, and daily during critical phases

· Presence at all critical stages: foundations, slab pours, structural work, waterproofing, and key finishing stages

· One written report per site per week: standardized progress photos, issues flagged, milestone status against schedule

· Independent verification of milestone completion before any contractor payment is released

· Material checks on delivery: correct product, correct specification, correct quantity and rejection of what isn’t

· A written defect register per project: what is wrong, who fixes it, by when, and confirmation it was closed

· Immediate escalation of any deviation from drawings, specifications or agreed timeline

· Photo and video documentation of every site visit, archived per project

· Coordination with the architect and site foreman, without being under their authority

You observe, document and report. You do not negotiate with contractors and you do not approve changes. The founder decides.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· 3+ years supervising villa or residential construction in Bali

· Strong technical knowledge: structure, tropical waterproofing, finishing standards

· Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

· Good English, written and spoken (required). French is a plus

· Methodical and autonomous, you document everything without being asked (begin your application with the word KEDUNGU, so we know you read this section carefully)

· Comfortable with smartphone reporting, photo documentation and digital tools

· Own motorbike and valid SIM C

You must be willing to say that work is not acceptable and must be redone, to a contractor older and more experienced than you, and to us when we are wrong.

NON-NEGOTIABLE

No commissions, gifts or private arrangements with contractors or suppliers, ever. Our clients see every invoice. Our credibility is the entire business. We work with an established contractor in this area. We need someone who works for us, not alongside them. Independence is not negotiable.
