A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage site operations including material handling, equipment usage and workforce coordination
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of construction quality
- Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
Requirements:
- Basic written and verbal communication in English
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record of overseeing at least 3 structural building projects including steel profile and reinforced concrete structures
- In-depth understanding of above-ground and underground structural work processes
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction
- Physically fit and in good health
