- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and BOQ/RAB.
- Experienced in monitoring project progress, quality, and construction activities.
- Able to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and project teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of other construction software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work full-time on-site and adapt to project requirements.
