Site Supervisor (Proyek Villa & Apartment), Ubud Bali

Job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate on-site activities
2. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
3. Monitor daily activities of workers and subcontractors to maintain quality and productivity.
4. Identify and resolve site issues efficiently and report progress to the project team.
5. Ensure compliance with HSE and fire safety regulations.

Job Specification

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor
2. Good understanding of construction methods
3. Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work under pressure and manage site activities effectively
6. Available to join as soon as possible
7. Willing to be placed in Ubud, Bali
