1.1. Requirements :
- Minimum D-III in Public Health/ Industrial Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Active English skills, both spoken and written
- Certification as a candidate for General OHS Officer (AK3 Umum) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) / BNSP (Required)
- Placement at the Project Site in Zambia (Africa) and willing to work at the Workshop in Cikarang (West Java) before moving to the Project Site
1.2. Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct inspections, supervision, and socialization regarding worker safety conditions, occupational health, use of personal protective equipment (APD), and all activities within the company from an OHS perspective
- Provide first aid to accident victims (First Aid), prepare accident reports, and conduct accident investigations
- Identify hazards, develop hazard control measures, and be responsible for special work process standards and the suitability of work equipment
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports
- Conduct necessary training, particularly in the area of OHS
