Key Responsibilities:
- Site Operations & Construction Supervision
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Schedule & Progress Management
- Subcontractor Coordination
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Material & Resource Management
- Documentation & Reporting
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Architect
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Office Interior/Fit Out in Design Interior company
- Proficient in construction project management (planning, quality control, reporting and scheduling) and Ms Project Office
- Familiarity with Auto CAD, drawings, cost estimates, technical & material specifications, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and supervise the field.
- Have strong Leadership and awareness to the teamwork
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work extra hours following project needs
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and decision maker onsite
- Effective communication to manage the team with internal and external
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Honest, thorough, responsible, discipline
Certification & License:
- An OHS certification (e.g., General OHS Expert or building engineering) is highly preferred.
- Project management certification (PMP/PGMP) or related professional certification is a plus.
- Driver's license (SIM A/SIM C) if the job requires field mobility
