Site Manager

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, or Site Supervisor in construction projects.
3. Experience in villa, residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of construction methods, site operations, and project scheduling.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Good communication and coordination abilities.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
9. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
10. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
11. Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel between project sites.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise and coordinate all daily construction activities on site.
2. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
3. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
4. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
5. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with company standards.
6. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
7. Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
9. Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients regarding project progress and site matters.
10. Support project completion, inspections, testing, and handover activities.
