Site Manager

Hello, we are looking for a construction Site Manager in Bali, Indonesia. Please refrain

from applying for this position if you are not a local in Bali as regular presence on the

construction site and possession of local knowledge is mandatory for this role.

Your position as a site manager will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our

current construction projects to ensure their successful execution. Your responsibilities will

involve supervising and guiding all on-site operations, guaranteeing compliance with safety

protocols, high-quality standards, and project specifications. You will also be responsible to

foster a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients,

subcontractors, and suppliers.

Employment type: 4 Months contract

Job Description:

• Plan, organise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring

compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.

• Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation

and critical milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement,

subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.

• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any

deviations or potential risks.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality

standards and project specifications.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress

reports, change orders and as-built drawings.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to

address project requirements, provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently resides in Bali, Indonesia

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations and

quality standards in Bali, Indonesia

• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools and other relevant

software applications such as CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft office

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and

inspire a diverse project team.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively

address challenges and make sound judgments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
