This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities at construction and interior sites, ensuring work is executed according to design, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Project Supervisor coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, manages daily work plans, and monitors progress against timelines and budgets. Daily tasks include supervising on-site teams, reviewing technical drawings, resolving operational issues, verifying materials and workmanship, and preparing regular progress reports and documentation. The role also involves conducting site inspections, enforcing health and safety procedures, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong project supervision skills, including site coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, construction details, and interior design plans.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges and operational issues quickly and accurately.
- Basic proficiency with project documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, reporting templates); familiarity with project management or CAD software is an advantage.
- SMK/D3 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or interior fit-out projects, especially in a supervisory or coordinator role, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Jakarta, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
