We're looking for a Site Manager who thrives on the ground, enjoys leading teams, solving real-world challenges, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standard.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff to handover.
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
- Manage manpower allocation and site productivity.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across the project site.
- Identify potential risks, solve site issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and project records.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction, fit-out, interior, or design-build projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and technical drawings.
- Able to lead field teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
