- Evaluate proposals for execution methods.
- Evaluate proposed material samples.
- Check implementation permits.
- Check weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Provide evaluation results regarding work progress and delays.
- Perform periodic checks on completed work.
- Lead periodic meetings with contractors.
- Propose work phases along with budget calculation plans.
- Create time schedules for work phases, either by section or overall.
- Coordinate work phases according to the master schedule flow.
- Coordinate work of Inspectors/Supervisors.
- Evaluate performance of Inspectors/Supervisors.
- Periodically evaluate the progress between planned and actual progress and report to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
2. Age: 35–45 years old.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housing Site Manager preferred.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project.
5. Target-oriented.
6. Willing to be assigned in Karawang and Serang areas.
