Deskripsi pekerjaan SITE MANAGER S/A PT Total Bangun Persada, Tbk
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
- At least 3 years experience as Site Manager in high rise building projects, data centers and warehouses is a must
- Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills
- Proven ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Possesion of licences/ certificates such as SKK or other relevant certification is highly prioritized
- Willing to be assigned to projects throughout Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing overall site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Overseeing the direction of a construction project and finding solutions to problems that occur
- Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, health and safety guidelines, and project management procedures
