Site Manager - Complex Villa

About the role:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall condition of the villa complex, ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, secure, clean, and operated according to company standards. The role coordinates with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Contractors, Vendors, and Management to ensure smooth operations, promptly resolve site issues, and maintain the quality and value of the property.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and overall condition of the villa complex.
• Conduct regular site inspections covering villas, facilities, landscaping, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate and supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and other site teams.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors and external vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor operational expenses, materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure all site facilities and common areas are properly maintained.
• Handle and follow up on operational issues, complaints, and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and property regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and escalate major issues to Management.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property management, villa/hotel operations, facility management, or a similar position.
• Previous experience managing villa complexes, residential properties, resorts, or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, facilities, and property operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple operational teams.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
