Deskripsi pekerjaan Site Manager (Cigarette Manufacturing) PT Imecon Tekindo
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
1. Overall responsibility for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant and utility systems
2. Plan and control Preventive, Predictive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure high plant availability
3. Ensure compliance with statutory, HSE, Environmental and Customer requirements, including mandatory Inspections and certifications
4. Manager Site manpower, Shift Operations, Competency development, training and performance of O&M Personal
5. Monitor plant performance, fuel consumption, steam production, equipment efficiency and operating cost against agreed targets
6. Coordinate with the customer and Internal/Supporting department for daily operations, maintenance, shutdowns, breakdowns, and improvement activities.
7. Ensure proper management of critical spares, consumables, tools, maintenance records, Operating logs and technical documentation
8. Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS report to management
OTHER RESPONSIBILITY
1. Ensure Compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and customer requirements at the site.
2. Lead and promote a strong safety culture through toolbox meetings, safety inspections, safety observations, and awareness programs.
3. Ensure effective implementation of PTW, LOTO, risk assessment, JSA<, and other applicable safety procedure.
4. Coordinate statutory inspections, certifications, and renewals for boilers and other applicable equipment’s.
5. Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, near misses, equipment failures, and unsafe conditions.
6. Monitor environmental compliances, including emissions, ash disposal/handling, chemical handling, waste management, and housekeeping.
7. Ensure proper implementation of 5S, work place safety, emergency preparedness, fire protection and first aid arrangements.
8. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, HR, Finance, HSE and other supporting departments for effective site operation.
9. Develop team capability through training, competency assessment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibility assigned by the management.
