Deskripsi pekerjaan Site Manager (Already in Bali) PT. High Quality Construction
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Supervise site operations, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Manage and control resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
- Lead site meetings and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Ensure all documentation, drawings, and permits are properly maintained and updated.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Know and Understand ENGLISH (a must)
- Willing to work on-site in Nusa Dua
