Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to solar or renewable energy projects.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, proficiency in surveying and setting out, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and effective communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
