Requirement
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
3. Have a valid and active SKK Konstruksi (Construction Competency Certificate)
4. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
5. Experienced in supervising site activities and ensuring work quality
6. Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and safety standards
7. Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to prepare project reports
9. Willing to be placed at project sites in the Uluwatu area
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site
2. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
3. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
4. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
5. Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
6. Ensure implementation of health and safety procedures on site
7. Reviewing Drawings and produce Shop drawings
