Site Coordinator – Balikpapan
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Mechanical Level II certification is preferred.
- Domiciled in Balikpapan or willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas (K3S) industry.
- Previous experience working at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) is highly preferred.
- Experienced in manpower coordination and supervision.
- Proficient in project planning and scheduling using: S-Curve (Kurva S),Microsoft Project,Primavera
- Able to read and interpret P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram).
- Experienced in contract review and preparing Contract Compliance Checklists.
- Able to prepare and manage project documentation, including: Daily Reports,Minutes of Meeting (MoM),Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) documentation,Project Schedules
- Good understanding of the HSE Management System and its implementation in project activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, including: daily communication
- Email correspondence & Field coordination
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, principals, and internal stakeholders.
- Able to organize, coordinate, and ensure project activities are executed according to schedule and operational plans.
