Deskripsi pekerjaan Site Acquisition PT.CABLENET FIBER DATA
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire landed or high-rise buildings for network infrastructure development.
- Conduct permit processes and negotiations with property owners or managers.
- Ensure the site acquisition process is completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding site feasibility.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1 (preferably in Communications, Engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SITAC or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of permitting processes and field administration.
- Willing to be based in Jabodetabek area with occasional assignments outside Jakarta.
- Willing to work in the field (mobile role).
- Have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
