Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university majoring in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 1 years of working experience in retail furniture, interior and building consultant, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills to develop unique and eye-catching showroom displays
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create 2D and 3D visualizations
- Ability to work under pressure both individually & as part of team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the showroom team
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations
- Willing to be placed in Showroom MFG, Galaxy Mall & HR Muhammad
- Willing to undergo 2 months of training in Jakarta with accommodation covered by the Company
Jobs and Responsibility :
- Develop and implement creative showroom designs and visual merchandising strategies to effectively present Malinda Furniture Gallery's product range
- Collaborate with the Showroom Leader to plan and execute seasonal product displays, promotions, and special events
- Arrange furniture, accessories, and other decor elements to create visually striking and cohesive showroom vignettes
- Monitor and maintain the showroom's appearance, cleanliness, and organization to uphold high standards
- Provide guidance and support to the showroom staff to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform innovative showroom designs
- Contribute to the development of the company's visual brand identity and imagery
