- Female
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail - oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Experience using CRM systems and POS applications
- Strong communications and coordination skills
- Familiar with sales and order processing
- Prior experience in sales support is a plus
- Willing to assist with store operations when needed
Job Responsibilities :
- Process and monitor sales orders until delivery
- Handle Offline Customer
- Coordinate with inventory, finance, marketing and purchasing teams
- Ensure completeness of sales and payment verification
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist in cashier/front - desk
