Shopkeeper Qualifications :
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, or a similar position is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Able to operate POS/cashier systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of product display, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and disciplined.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
