SHOPKEEPER / RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Placement : Petitenget, Bali
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
* Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
* Achieve sales targets and support overall store performance.
* Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the store.
* Ensure products are properly displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
* Open and close the store following company procedures.
* Receive, check, organize, and replenish stock as needed.
* Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
* Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
* Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
* Handle cash, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
* Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
* Support all store operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales-oriented with a proactive attitude.
* Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Well-groomed and professional appearance.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
