Ensuring consumers get a comfortable shopping experience so that consumers get satisfaction when shopping and sales targets can be achieved.
Task List:
- Dealing with requests, questions and complaints from store customers for future upgrading of systems and services.
- Perform promotions actively in the store so that the sales target is achieved.
- Providing product information to consumers and ensuring consumers understand the product qualifications.
- Notify consumers if there are special promos or offers in all stores.
- Helping to display the goods / products needed and ensuring that the products sold have been completed again and displayed according to their respective positions.
- Record all information and problems that occur while serving consumers as evaluation material.
- Match the amount of cash with the sales note and ensure that all data is correct.
Requirements:
- SMU/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Good English communication skill
- Able to work shifts
- Computer literate; familiarity with sales system is preferred
- Previous experience in the same or a related position is preferred
