Key Responsibilities:​

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.​

• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.​

• Operate the POS system and handle cash and digital transactions.​

• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.​

• Ensure a pleasant and smooth shopping experience for all customers.​

• Support daily store operations and other tasks as needed.​

Qualifications:​

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shopkeeper, sales assistant, or retail staff.​

• Previous experience in a retail store, supermarket, or similar business is preferred.​

• Good communication and customer service skills.​

• Able to communicate in English, at least at a conversational level.​

• Friendly, polite, honest, and customer-oriented.​

• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and well-organized.​

• Able to operate POS systems and handle cash and digital transactions.​

• Good attention to detail and basic administrative skills.​

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.​

• Proactive, quick to learn, and able to solve basic operational problems.​

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.​

• Interested in healthy living, organic food, and natural products is an advantage.
