Shopee E-Commerce Executive
Location: Banyumas, Kamrenjen, Desa Sibalung

We’re looking for an energetic, responsible, and eager-to-learn individual to help grow our online business through Shopee and other digital platforms. If you enjoy online selling, marketing, and helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
• Product launches on Shopee and promotional activities.
• Upload new products, photos, and descriptions.
• Update pricing, promotions, and vouchers.
• Monitor stock availability with the operations team.
• Process incoming orders accurately and promptly.
• Reply to customer enquiries and chats professionally.
• Handle customer reviews and maintain excellent ratings.
• Plan and execute Shopee campaigns (Flash Sale, Payday, Double Day promotions, etc.).
• Manage and grow our Shopee store daily.
• Analyse sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare weekly sales and performance reports.
• Help grow our online sales through creative ideas and excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
• Experience managing Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using Canva or simple photo-editing apps.
• Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Honest, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently while being a good team player.
• Passionate about digital marketing and online business.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Social media content creation.
• Photography or simple product video editing.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for writing product descriptions and customer communication.
