The Shop Keeper Retail is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the store run efficiently. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, managing cash transactions, maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, and upholding a clean and organized shopping environment. This role also involves interacting with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to a positive and friendly atmosphere that reflects the values of Grams Market. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive to detail, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Candidates for this position must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a solid understanding of cashiering, customer service, and store operations. While prior experience in retail is a plus, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
