Deskripsi pekerjaan SHOP ATTENDANT MERLIN'S MAGIC SHOP
Job Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service:
o Greet guests warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
o Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations as needed to guests.
o Handle guest complaints or refer them to the manager when necessary.
2. Sales Support:
o Operate cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
o Upsell or promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
o Assist in achieving store sales targets.
3. Stock Management:
o Replenish shelves, ensure proper stock rotation, and monitor inventory levels.
o Receive, unpack, and arrange new shipments and deliveries.
o Report low stock or damaged goods to the supervisor.
4. Store Maintenance:
o Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable always.
o Ensure displays and signage are updated and attractively arranged.
o Follow health and safety regulations within the shop environment.
5. Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
o Assist with daily reports and documentation as required.
6. Team Collaboration:
o Cooperate with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations.
o Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
