Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
* Provide product information and help guests find items that suit their needs.
* Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation of the shop.
* Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
* Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
* Wrap and package purchases beautifully and securely.
* Support daily opening and closing procedures.
* Prepare sales reports when required.
* Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and magical Merlin’s experience.
Requirements
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
* Passion for jewellery, fashion, design, or unique products.
* Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
* Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
* Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Willing to be based in Ubud, Bali.
