We're Hiring Part-Time Shop Assistant

Location: Tomorrow Pop Up – Lippo Mall Nusantara

Join our team at the Hijack Sandals and Karrot pop-up stores! We're looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our retail experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers at the Hijack Sandals and Karrot pop-up stores
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the pop-up store
  • Process transactions and handle basic inventory
  • Help with daily store operations and promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about retail and customer service
  • Minimum education: High school or equivalent
  • Willing to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Own transportation is preferred
  • Based in Jakarta is highly preferred

Hijack Sandals was first established in 2010. The idea of creating a sandal brand crossed our mind at a time when leather shoes were all the rage. Meanwhile, it seems like nobody had given a proper attempt to make sandals ‘cool’, despite how ubiquitous and indispensable they are in our daily life. This lack of spotlight on the culturally significant footwear led us to start our endeavor. Instead of following the trend, we went against the current and began crafting sandals. Our journey started because we believe in sustaining the culture.
