- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
- Maintaining an organized, clean, visually appealing store environment
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and ensuring products are well-presented
- Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the customer experience
