Deskripsi pekerjaan Ships Agency Coordinator PT Trans Maritim Agensi (TMA Agencies)
Responsibilities :
- Screening FDA from local agent/suppliers/vendors
- Checking of port tariffs
- Calculation of port dues against the estimated time in port
- Analytical review of FDA and examination of quoted values
- Prepare and submit FDA
- Follow-up with the local agent/supplier/vendor for FDA/Invoice
- Able and willing to work in all Project designated area
- Experience in performing of control of operations activities as well as documenting, manifesting, and other related work
- Familiarity with export/import shipments and customs clearance processes
Requirement :
- Minimum education of D4/S1 Port Management/any major
- Having 3 years of experience in the same field in the agency company
- Familiar with DA Desk is advantage
- Fluent in english both oral and written
- Possess SIM A & C
- Willing to travel a cross Indonesia is needed
- Placement in Surabaya
