Shipment Officer – PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia
As the Shipment Officer, you’ll shipment document process of JVB and JV2 for the purposes of sample shoes so that it can run according to procedure.
What You'll Lead and Drive
- Shipment Documentation Creation : Sample Shipping Shoe to CLG Group (Production Pull to WHQ/ Production Pull to PCC/ SPA/ Trial/ Transfer Out/ Material/ Bottom/ Color Swatch)
- Sample Shipping Process Sample shoe, Material, CS Inbond and outbond (Packing & Cross Department (Custom))
- Monthly Shipment report to Finance
- Sample Shipping : Sample shoe, Material, CS and Tooling support
- Subcontract tooling support and pressing pad Document
- Loan Contract Tooling Support
- Input WIS System customs document and Input EIP ( GS 02 - Shipping sample shoe )
- Tracking 4 monthly report customs document BC 27 and BC 40
- Visitor Support related to PTC ( Buyer, Vendor and other FTY)
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standard.
- Support continuous improvement of OHS and management systems.What you bring
What you bring
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
- Minimum 18 Years Old
- Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Any Major
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but Custom System experience is preferred.
- Required languages: English
- Knowledge’s and Skills: BC Documents, Shipping Process, Sample Storage Management, SAP, ERP, EIP and Payment System operations
- Attitude: Drives collaboration, Drives Engagement and Communicates Effectively
- Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
