Shift Engineer - Front-end Engineer

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational stability during shift hours.

📍 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia | 🕒 Full Time (WFO)

💼Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts
2. Handle troubleshooting and escalate technical issues quickly and accurately
3. Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations
5. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner

✅Qualifications

1. Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
2. Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting
3. Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically

Preferred

1. Familiar with React, Vue, or Angular
2. Understands the basics of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
3. Has experience with or a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)
4. Able to troubleshoot bugs or make improvements to web pages or application interfaces as needed
