Shift Engineer - Designer

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational stability during shift hours.

📍 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia | 🕒 Full Time (WFO)

💼Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts
2. Handle troubleshooting and escalate technical issues quickly and accurately
3. Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations
5. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner

✅Qualifications

1. Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
2. Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting
3. Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically

Preferred

1. Familiar with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
2. Basic understanding of UX principles (user flow, wireframing, prototyping)
3. Has a UI/UX design portfolio (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch)
4. Able to support the creation of designs for monitoring dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, simple animations, internal tools, or visual documentation.
