Responsibilities
1. Support Proposition & Sales Module Development
- Support development of Sharia value propositions based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Assist in creating structured sales modules and supporting tools using Agile or human-centered methodology.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, agent guides, and proposition toolkits.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all proposition-related materials.
2. Support Distribution
- Serve as liaison with Agency Sharia Troops.
- Gather customer insights, field feedback, and sales challenges from distribution channels.
- Support Distribution teams with proposition materials and sales enablement tools.
- Refine proposition content based on actual field usage and feedback.
