JOB VACANCY: SHADOW TEACHER

Sunshine Academy Indonesia is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Shadow Teachers. In this role, you will support students directly in partner schools and work closely with our Learning Center team to ensure meaningful learning progress.
Job Description
- Assist and support students in the school environment based on their individual needs.
- Help students follow lessons, understand instructions, and manage classroom behavior.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sunshine Academy, classroom teachers, and parents.
- Prepare student progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology (required).
- Active English skills (spoken and written).
- Patient, communicative, and passionate about working with children.
- Able to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents.
- Experience as a shadow teacher is an advantage.
Salary Range
IDR 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 per month
(Adjusted based on student placement and the level of support required.)

Partner schools supported by Sunshine Academy Indonesia.
