JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborating with Parents, Psychologist and the other Teachers to achieve successful learning goals
- Working along with Teachers to follow the student individualized education plan
- Helping student to focus and understand learning material (projects, test and assignments)
- Developing behavior management strategies
- Encouraging a student to have an active interaction with peers
- Reviewing a student's developmental progress
- Monitoring interaction between students
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge in handling Special Needs Students
- 1+ year experience would be prioritized
- Actively using English both for speaking and writing
- Have the heart to assist and guide Special Needs Student
- Understanding authority guideline between teacher and student in School setting
- Critical thinking skill and have the ability to create fun learning experience
- Have the ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Willing to be placed in Muara Karang and PIK 2, Jakarta Utara
