The Service Staff is responsible for providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and supporting smooth daily restaurant or café operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOP standards
- Assist with opening and closing operational duties
- Support team members during busy operational hours
- Report operational issues or customer feedback to supervisor
