The Service Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring guests receive a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and supporting smooth daily operations while upholding the company’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when requested.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Verify orders before serving to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitor guest tables and provide timely assistance as needed.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after guest departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparation and cleaning tasks.
- Refill condiments, utensils, napkins, and other service supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and cashier teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
- Report operational issues, customer complaints, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
- Support colleagues during busy operational periods.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
