### Requirements :
1. Min 3 years experience to make kitas and working permit.
2. Has experience work in kitas & visa agent company are preferable.
3. Has knowledge about rules in immigration and manpower office.
4. Good English spoken and written.
5. Minimum D3 (Diploma).
6. Attention to details.
7. Attitude can do.
8. Term and condition to be discuss.
What to do:
- acceptance and verification of a complete set of documents
- loading into the system, receiving and paying invoices
- registration of all types of visas, Kitas, PMA
- control of terms and all stages of visa processes
- maintaining and filling out reports on google doc and news
- study of current legislation and updates in the field of visa issues
- interaction with the immigration office and government agencies
- building transparent communication between technical specialists and account managers
What will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Notion, Google Sheets and Docs
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Passion for self-development and self-learning
- Advanced knowledge of English at the written level
Terms
- Working in office in Canggu area
- Employment 8 hours per day (5/2)
- Trial period - 1 month with the possibility of early termination
