Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma; graduates of Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Supervisor in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant service and hospitality standards.
• Ability to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Capable of handling guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work under pressure with a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure smooth daily service operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
