What Will You Do?

  • Lead and supervise the service team during shifts
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience are met
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues on the floor
  • Support staff briefing, training, and daily coordination
  • Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience as a Service Supervisor / Service Leader in F&B for at least 1 year (preferred)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working on the floor and handling guests
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Can communicate in English
