Job Descriptions
- Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, etc.;
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance, and verification of absorption chiller and electric chiller;
- Responsible for operation, maintenance and service of absorption chiller and electric chiller;
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions;
- Support and give training to customers;
- Build a positive relationship with customers;
- Produced timely and detailed service reports;
- Cooperate with Area Service Manager to finish local modification & support spare parts sales;
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the team, provide input on new designs and enhancement to existing products;
- Work place: HQ in Changsha, China. business trip worldswide
Job Requirements
- Education/Degree Requirements: University degree in Engineering with a preference in Electrical Engineering, Technical School graduates are welcome;
- Understanding Siemens/ Omron PLC is preferred, and BMS control
- Working experience: at least 2 years experience are preferred, fresh graduates are welcome;
- Language skills & proficiency: Fluent written & spoken English are essential; Ability to speak Chinese is preferred
- Computer & Technical software proficiency - knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & AutoCAD;
- Adapt to frequent travel even overseas;
- Adapt to high workload and overtime work at night or on weekend
- Be adaptable, responsible, enthusiastic, and have a good team spirit;
