Denair Energy Equipment Co., LTD Indonesian Office right now are in search for Service Engineers that will be responsible with Indonesian Market:
Core job Objective:
Provide professional, efficient and timely equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing and technical support, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of their equipment, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining the company's brand image, and collecting feedback to promote product improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Installation and Commissioning:
Responsible for the unpacking inspection, installation guidance, system commissioning and performance verification of newly purchased equipment at overseas customer sites to ensure that the equipment complies with technical specifications and operates at its best.
2. Fault Diagnosis and Repair:
Quickly respond to equipment repair requests from customers, conduct initial diagnosis via phone, email or remote tools.
Timely arrive at the customer site, accurately diagnose complex faults of equipment (including air compressors, vacuum pumps, nitrogen and oxygen generators, etc.), formulate repair plans and execute them efficiently.
3. Preventive Maintenance and Servicing:
Conduct regular inspections, servicing, performance testing and optimization adjustments of customer equipment. Guide customers in daily maintenance operations.
4. Technical Training and Support:
Provide on-site or centralized technical solutions to customers' operators and maintenance personnel regarding equipment operation, daily maintenance and servicing, safety regulations, etc. Answer technical questions encountered by customers during daily use and provide continuous technical support.
5. Customer Relationship and Feedback:
Establish and maintain good customer relationships, proactively understand customer needs and equipment operation status.
Collect, organize and feedback information and suggestions from customers regarding product quality, design improvement, service experience, etc.
Qualification Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, automation, power engineering or related fields.
2. Relevant working experience is preferred (such as maintenance, commissioning or technical service experience in construction machinery, generator sets, pumps/compressors, industrial production line equipment, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, etc.).
3. Can talk and write in English. Have a skill in mandarin is a plus
