Deskripsi pekerjaan SERVICE ENGINEER – HEAVY EQUIPMENT PT Karya Frito Indonesia
We are looking for a motivated and technically oriented Service Engineer to support heavy equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical service activities. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who are eager to develop their technical skills, as well as candidates with relevant work experience.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Identify equipment problems, conduct basic troubleshooting, and assist in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures.
- Support repair activities and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Conduct field service visits to inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
- Prepare service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with the service team, technicians, and spare parts team to ensure timely service completion.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 or D4 in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineering (Teknologi Rekayasa Pemeliharaan Alat Berat), Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin), Mechatronics Engineering (Teknik Mekatronika), or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with approximately 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of heavy equipment mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the field and travel to customer or project sites as required.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
