Deskripsi pekerjaan SERVICE DESK PT Swarna Bali Internasional
Service team is on hand to support families throughout the Global English Camp and will be involved in all aspects of services for the families. The service team will assist parents with SIM card registration, money changing and laundry services. They will also provide further information and can help make reservations with partner vendors and book additional programs that we offer.
Qualification :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
2. Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Customer Support, or Technical Support role is preferred.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide professional support.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.
11. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
