Deskripsi pekerjaan Service Crew - Bumi Aki Group PT Bumi Aki Boga
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The Service Crew will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or requests.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including cleaning and arranging furniture.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
