General Responsibilities:
- The Service Centre Staff is responsible to support & assure that their operations run efficiently
- Represent Alas Harum Bali in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion in order to foster good working relationships with all our customers, both internal and external in line with company values.
- Implement company policies and procedures that support the objectives of the company
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Handling VIP/special guests and communicates all information to other related department.
- To provide clear information for guest whenever question raised.
- Knows product knowledge completely about Alas Harum and Cretya Ubud.
- Presents options and alternatives to guests and help in making choices.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell Alas Harum & Cretya Ubud options and to promote other services of the Alas Harum as well as Alas Harum Bali.
- Communicate handover after shift.
- Aware of daily activities and available promotions each day.
- Doing an Daily & Monthly Inventory GSA asset.
- Attends department training / briefing sessions.
- Reports and documented unusual occurrences or requests to the Leader.
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures and aware of accident prevention policies.
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the area.
