1. Receive customers well
2. Make reports related to vehicles
3. Conduct a complete vehicle analysis, especially those related to vehicle problems
4. Conduct vehicle checks
5. Check the condition of the customer's vehicle, both body, engine exterior and interior
6. Make time and cost estimates
7. Have the ability to analyze damaged engines
